The Meyers have wonderful sweet personalities. They are relatively quiet birds and I have two that talk. They enjoy people and will listen to you forever.
They do enjoy toys, veggies and occassional fruit.
Mine prefer kale, broccoli, corn on the cob [uncooked], apples, kale and thawed frozen mixed vegetables.
I feed my birds my own mix which includes ABBA African Grey Mix, flax seeds, unsalted peanuts, corn, dried fruit and sunflower along with some pellet.
