The helicopter budgies are a specialized Japanese mutation developed in the 1960s. They have a very uniques pattern like a swirl in their feathering and many have a tuft on their head. They are smaller than my English Budgies and come in many beautiful colors.

They have a personality very much like my English Budgies and enjoy their toys and chattering.
